Position title: Supervisor, HR Solutions Services

Job Description:

  • Assigns and supervises day-to-day activity of HR Administrative Services staff.
  • Supports staff by providing coaching and mentoring.
  • Monitors program and project workflow.
  • Conducts recurrent meetings with the team and each staff.
  • Monitors program and project workflow.
  • Ensures payroll deadline and accuracy of the deliverables.
  • Understands client SLA’s and facilities internal and external calibration sessions.
  • Interfaces with client to identify and resolve on-going issues.
  • Facilities resolutions to an assortment of problems and escalations that are moderately complex in scope.
  • Prepares statistical reporting for senior leadership review.
  • Supports performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilities allocation of work according to the actual and planned activities.
  • Creates a proper plan for the staff in case there are changes in incoming activities (increase in volumes, changes in processes etc.)
  • Assists in interviewing candidates.
  • Provides training for team members through demonstrations and discussions.
  • Works to create a list of processes and sub-processes.
  • Creates standards for documentation of policies, procedures, and defining records.
  • Ensures adequacy checks on documents that have been created.
  • Conducts process writing workshops for business operations.
  • Establishes a process to identify, index, classify, codify, store, and retrieve documents.
  • Maintains version controls for documents and records.
  • Develops and implements improvement programs, initiatives, and processes.
  • Conducts audits and reviews data/documentation.
  • In case of Data Privacy incidents, an immediate and proper Root Cause Analysis to be triggered and created.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Contributes to business growth and efficiencies.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / finished 4-year course in college
  • With more than 2 years in BPO and Supervisory position.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and language.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills
  • Must be proficient in the required language- Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Must have good analytical skills and Problem-Solving skills.
