Position Title: Customer Experience Associate

Job Description:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone, email, chat and/or social media inquiries, ensuring accurate and compliant information.
  • Recognize potential Adverse Events (AEs) or Product Technical Complaints (PTCs) during customer interactions.
  • Accurately record AE and PTC details in the designated system following regulatory and company guidelines.
  • Adhere to SOPs and pharmacovigilance reporting timelines for safety-related information.
  • Forward AE and PTC cases to the Pharmacovigilance team or relevant department for further investigation.
  • Validate customer and product details to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports.
  • Participate in audits and contribute to corrective actions related to PV compliance.
  • Achieve targets for timely reporting, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while maintaining PV standards.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree / finished 4-year course in college
  • With more than 2 years in BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and language.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills Must be proficient in the required language – Korean.
  • Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
