Position Title: Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description:

  • Performing Quality Assurance and related duties (trend analysis, reporting on results).
  • Providing feedback and coaching to service representatives.
  • Delivering training (Specific Induction, Change Requests, Transitions etc.).
  • Offering operational support for transitions and change implementation (Training, Testing, Critical Care etc.).
  • Collaborating with service representatives, Team Leads, Business Analysts and support departments in order to best identify the team’s needs and offer the best support.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree / finished 4-year course in college
  • With more than 2 years in BPO industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and language.
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills Must be proficient in the required language- Korean.
  • Must have good analytical skills and Problem-Solving skills.
