Duties and Responsibilities: Use various recruitment methods of sourcing and generating leads Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, accent screening, initial skills alignment, and checking of qualifications, do demo class with applicants, and offer positions as required Communicate constantly with company assessors and counterparts in order to meet and exceed targets set.
Qualifications: Current resident of Baguio City A fresh graduate of any Human Resources related 4-year course Tech-savvy and familiar with the latest social media platforms Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and handle other constraints Is comfortable using Office programs particularly Excel and easily adapt to tools and technology. Has knowledge of the ESL industry Can start asap Home office Requirements: Stable internet connection with a minimum of 2mbps upload and 5Mbps download speed (DSL/Fiber) and a backup plan. A quiet room to work with no distractions or background noise Perfectly working headset and webcam Up to date computer system with a minimum operating system of Windows 7 SP1
