Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers for cargo services, including freight forwarders, logistics companies, and other industries requiring air cargo transportation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to cargo sales revenue.

• Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable business.

• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and to address client concerns promptly.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to management.

• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with airline policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
