Minimum Qualifications:

With at least 15 years of experience in a manufacturing company or multi-national company
Must be at least 50 years of age
Must know how to speak and write English and Japanese language
Proven corporate and management experience
Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
Excellent organizational, management and leadership skills
Outstanding supervisory, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
