Job Summary

The position will be responsible for providing the necessary support in managing the flow/transport of goods and services efficiently between the point of origin and customers/end-users.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Check incoming shipments and update invoice number, item, number of containers, broker’s name, and ETA in the MIP Logsheet
  • Forwards updated MIP Logsheet to the Sales Team
  • Receives updated MIP Logsheet and Delivery Schedule Logsheet from the Sales Team;
  • Prepares and email delivery schedule reports for both Brokers and Warehouses
  • Updates the Greenbook and indicates the delivery dates to customers or warehouse;
  • Receive Delivery status from brokers;
  • Effects GRPO in SAP for all direct deliveries to customers;
  • Create a summary report for closed order slips the submits to the Billing clerk together with the order slip for further processing
  • Create and print Pull Out Form in E-Pull Out System showing the details of rejection and forward to concerned Business Development Officer.
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration or any 4-year program related to Logistics.
  • With at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has good time management, is adaptive, attentive to details, and has the ability in handling a variety of tasks.
  • Willing to travel and conduct Warehouse Visits (Batangas, Manila North Harbor, and San Simon Pampanga)
  • Willing to be assigned at Pasay City.
