Job Description

• Conceptualizes Company programs, activities, and events that will promote harmonious relationship among employees.

• Manages the communication of Employee Relations programs and its evaluation.

• Handles the administration of Employee Relations policies and programs.

• Handles and mediates employee disputes and grievances.

• Oversees employee relations related issues such as disciplinary cases and DOLE cases.

• Attends NLRC hearings and LMCs as needed.

• Prepares necessary requirements/documents for CBA negotiations.

• Handles and manages union concerns.

• Conducts exit interview to exiting employees.

Qualification:

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Law, Board Passer.

• With knowledge in Labor law and collective bargaining procedures.

• At least two (2) years hands-on experience in CBA negotiations.

• At least three (3) years work experience in the same field.
