Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·Provides executive-level/ administrative support to Head of Office and Programme Officers
> Functions as Executive Secretary to the Head of Office
> Assists in travel arrangements (itineraries, airfare, accommodation, etc.)
·Responsible for monitoring of and compliance with government-related reporting requirements necessary for the operation of the Manila Office
> Also responsible for ensuring timely renewals of DTDA Manila Office contracts
·Responsible for ensuring that all the needed administrative support for smooth office operations are in place (orderly working environment for the staff – internet is working, utilities in the office are fully functional, working equipment/devices/gadgets in the office are operational, etc.)
To become the new team member of our relatively small family, you must have the following profile:
·Must be a graduate of any Business Course or must be a Bachelor’s/College Degree holder
·Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·With at least 3 to 5 years of work experience as Secretary, Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
·Excellent in oral and written communication skills; fluent in English

> High degree of work efficiency and effectivity
> You always think ahead and maintain an excellent overview
·Ability to work independently and as a team member

·Available for domestic travel, and occasional international travels
·As our face and voice towards the outside world, you must be empathic, very service-oriented and passionate in what you do. At the same time, you should always act diplomatically.
·You must have confidence in handling lawyers and institutions on behalf of our Sub Regional Office
·100% loyal to DTDA
·Of good moral character
·You stay cool when you are under pressure

Accounting knowledge and experience, knowledge about the labour market, work experience in an international/ multi-cultural environment, ability to communicate in other languages and possession of a driver’s license are distinct advantages.
