Job Summary

The position is responsible for providing the necessary strategic direction and guidance to the HR team to address the HR requirements of the employee force and for assisting management in ensuring that the employees are equipped with the necessary skills, and competencies, and are motivated and engaged to support the growth of the organization

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or any related course. A Master’s Degree is an advantage.
  • With at least 5 Years of experience in a Managerial role in the same field.
  • Required Skill(s): Recruitment, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, and with specialization in Training and Development preferably from FMCG or the food manufacturing industry.
  • With a high degree of integrity, excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Has good time-management skills that go hand-in-hand with strong organizational capabilities
  • Adaptive, can work in a fast-paced environment, and can work well at a different levels of an organization
  • Must be able to lead, provide strategic directions, and tactical guidance to Management and HR team.
  • Must be willing to work at Pasay City from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.
