Licensed Engineers/Architect:
(1) Electrical Engineer

Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years actual design (EE, CE, Architect ) and/or drafting (ME) working experiences in reputable Engineering Design Firms. Knowledge of all aspects of Engineering Design, Architectural design, and/or Drafting process. Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, JIS, IBC, SpecsIntact & UFC Standards is a must. Requirements: Experience in US Military Design Criteria (is a +), advanced skills in eng’g design & construction drawings prep, cost estimating, specification writing. Basic skills in Revit, BIM, Civil 3D, AutoCAD drafting & Non-Pro PHL driver’s license. Starting monthly salary range is JPY 250,000 to 400,000 (PHP 98,000 to 155,000), or negotiable depending on # years of experience or set of skills. Fringe Benefits include enrollment to Japan Employees’ Health Insurance, Public Pension, housing allowance, 1 round trip economy plane ticket from Okinawa to Manila for every year of service with 20 days paid leave.
