TRAINING ASSISTANT

Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct New Hires Orientation
  • Coordination with training companies for public and in-house training conducted by external facilitators
  • Preparation and monitoring of training bond
  • Assistance on employee engagement events and activities
  • Support to training programs
Qualification:
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Business, Social Science, Psychology, Human Resource or any related course
  • At least 1-year experience as Training Assistant or exposure to employee engagement.
  • Detail oriented and has very good interpersonal relations
  • Effective in oral & written communication
