Position Title: GENERAL MANAGER

Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion
Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
Interpret or convey message from TRS Japan headquarters in Japanese language for better understanding in various situation like business meetings, conferences and on-site visit of customers.
Interpret the message in written documents send by TRS Japan headquarters like parts drawing, emails and production orders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Strong writing and verbal communication skills both in English and Japanese language.
Can be able to speak and write in native Japanese.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven experience in administrative support or general affairs.
