Completed at least 2 years in college (finished and passed at least 2 college units).
Required at least 6 months of ITSD experience in BPO setting (voice and international account)
Knowledge and experienced with Active Directory, Service Now, VPN, Citrix and 0365.
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls ,emails ,chats and Self-service tickets from staff regarding IT issues and
Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone, email, chat, voice mail, self-service etc.
1st and 2nd line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware
Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support teams
Customer service oriented
Excellent in English communication skills
Computer and keyboard skills (working knowledge of PC’s e.g. MS Office)
Location: Centris QC – willing to work onsite.
