IT Service Desk Analysts (voice)


·         At least 6 months experience as a Technical Support Representative / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk

·         Must know ServiceNow, Active Directory, Citrix & VPN

·         Willing to work in a shifting schedule and onsite in Centris Quezon City

·         Completed 2 years in college

Job Description:

·         Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, emails, chats and self-service tickets from staff regarding IT issues and queries.

·         1st and 2nd line support – troubleshooting if IT related problems.

·         Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support teams.
