Qualifications

• Education: Preferably graduate of any 4 years course or any engineering course.
• Training/Skills:
  – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).

– With strong background in electric wire and cable production.

– Knowledgeable in Quality Improvement method, Total Product System, Process improvement that concentrates on productivity skills.

– Good communication and leadership/management skills.

– With high level of Japanese language proficiency.

• Work-Related Experience: With minimum 10 years working experience in the manufacturing of automotive wiring harness
