Education

• Must be a graduate of Engineering, Management or any course related to the job.

Training/Skills

• Must be knowledgeable in Production Engineering Processes.
• Must have strong decision making and analytical skills.
• Must have an excellent management skills.
• Must have high technical planning function skills.
• With high level of Japanese language proficiency.

Work-Related Experience

• Must have a minimum of 5 years managerial level in a manufacturing company
