Administration General Manager

Minimum Qualifications :

• Degree holder or above in related disciplines
• Working experience at corporate level in Japanese company, in which at least 3 years’ experience in managerial level
• Mature and self-motivated with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Considerable discretion, judgment and initiative are required
• Excellent problem-solving skill
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
• Good command in spoken and written English and Japanese (JLPT Level N1 is preferred)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal skills in communication and negotiation
• Ability to manage and lead a multi-disciplined team toward its goals
• Extensive management experience in a multi-cultural working environment is preferable.
