1. Leasing

5. Resident relations, retention, and customer service
6. Maintenance supervision of the building, its facilities, machineries, and amenities
7. Representation of the company
8. Total quality management
9. Security & risk management
10. Purchasing & Finance
11. Other tasks that may be called for
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a college graduate
Male or female, not over 50 years old
