POSITION TITLE: Acquisition and Assistance Specialist (FSN-09 to FSN-11) ~ Career Ladder position / three (3) vacancies
Each position is part of an established career ladder, beginning at FSN-09 and ending at FSN-11. Attainment of the full-performance grade is contingent on the Specialist successfully completing required training, meeting agreed-upon objectives and milestones, and performing in a Fully Successful (or equivalent) manner.
 
MARKET VALUE: Php 817,529.00 – Php 1,267,177.00 basic salary per annum equivalent to FSN-09
Php 1,032,206.00 – Php 1,599,915.00 basic salary per annum equivalent to FSN-10
Php 1,392,681.00 – Php 2,158,649.00 basic salary per annum equivalent to FSN-11 in accordance with AIDAR Appendix J and the Local Compensation Plan (LCP) of the U.S. Embassy Manila. The salary offer will be based on a combination of the candidate's salary history and of the U.S.
 
Embassy Manila's LCP, and will be within the corresponding annual range listed above. If USAID’s evaluation does not result in an award at the full performance level, USAID may make an award to a CCN at a lower level with contract options to place the contractor at each progressive level until the full performance level is reached.
 
PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The positions are based in Manila, Philippines.

1. Interested applicants are required to submit an application letter and a comprehensive resume.
2. As this solicitation is for a “ladder” position, applicants must identify the FSN-equivalent level at which level(s) the applicant wants to be considered in his/her application letter. If per review it is determined that an applicant is not qualified at the position level(s) the applicant identified, the applicant will not be considered further unless the applicant identifies that they are willing to be considered at any lower level(s). An applicant who fails to identify any level for
consideration, will be evaluated only against the Full Performance Level (FSN-11).
3. In response to Post-Entry Training requirements (see full-length version of vacancy announcement), applicants seeking to be considered for the Intermediate Level (FSN-10) and for the Full Performance Level (FSN-11) must submit copies of certifications of completion for all required training at considered level respectively. Should applicant be unable to support claims of training completion, his/her application will be reviewed at the next lower level.
