• College graduate, preferably major in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business
• Excellent organizational / matrix management skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and projects effectively and efficiently
• Must be creative and able to focus on overall objectives while being very detail oriented
• Ability to execute against defined objectives both strategically and tactically
• Strategic thinker, can manage long-term and cross-product issues
• Highly motivated, intellectually curious
• Comfort with an ambiguous, constantly evolving role
• Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and team skills
• Facility with Excel spreadsheets and strong familiarity with the business model of Internet companies and online commercial products/services
• Experience with Internet retailing, business directories, business to business products/ services, e-commerce services is strongly preferred
• Self-starter with the ability to initiate and drive programs/projects to completion with minimal guidance
