The VP - Delivery Center in Manila holds full accountability for the delivery center outputs and people, ensuring it consistently delivers all global client/internal SLAs & KPls in a scalable and sustainable way while managing the growth and development within the center in collaboration with the global Cielo Management and local leaders. The Key Responsibilities Are: • Work with multi-country, multinational, multi-cultural Client Services Directors and VPs to ensure teams are working to Client and internal SLA's. • Working with the Operations teams to plan and implement resource strategies for the center to deliver scalability and sustainability. • Provides management and support to dedicated and shared delivery teams based in the delivery center. Supporting employee attraction, recruitment, and engagement to drive overall operational excellence. • Develops and manages Cielo's Service Excellence Programme. • Working global hours to ensure real-time coordination and collaboration with Cielo stakeholders, while managing a 24/5 delivery center operations.
